Long gone are the days when college students had to choose from ethics or philosophy as one of their elective classes. While these classes are still being offered, students can now also choose from different classes that they weren’t able to choose from five years ago. One college is offering a class in leadership development, where they are teaching the students who take the class how to use their altruistic qualities to lead others. Some are born natural leaders and others are not, this class is going to take those who are natural leadership and teach them how to maximize their potential. Those who take the class and are not natural leaders will be by the time the semester is over.
