Long gone are the days when college students had to choose from ethics or philosophy as one of their elective classes. While these classes are still being offered, students can now also choose from different classes that they weren’t able to choose from five years ago. One college is offering a class in leadership development, where they are teaching the students who take the class how to use their altruistic qualities to lead others. Some are born natural leaders and others are not, this class is going to take those who are natural leadership and teach them how to maximize their potential. Those who take the class and are not natural leaders will be by the time the semester is over.

I had been using my cell phone as the phone that I would use for the daycare center that I own. I liked the fact that it was always handy and I would be readily available to answer it whenever it rang. I did not take into consideration the amount of minutes this would use up on my plan. The first few months were not so bad, but after time went by, I noticed how much the bill for my cell phone was going up.

I knew that it was time to find business telephone systems so I could get a line for the daycare center. It was costing me much more to use my cell phone than it would for me to have a landline installed and paid for each month.

Once I found the right deal, I was easily able to get the line up and operational. I was then able to send out an email and texts to the parents of the kids that come to my daycare center each day to let them know about the new number to use. I told them that if there was any reason that they could not get ahold of me through that number that they were welcome to use the cell number but that it should be the first number that they call.

I had to have new flyers printed up to get the new number out there so potential families could get ahold of me to learn about the center. It was a little bit of work for me to take care of all of this, but I knew that it would be well worth it when I could open my cell phone bill and not have a heart attack. This is a much more affordable route for me to take.

I had been out of work for quite a few months and it was time for me to get back to work before I ran out of savings. I did an internet search for staff survey to see if I could find any good staffing companies that I could use to get me a job. I was a little reluctant to use this type of service because my brother had found a job through one and he lost a big chunk of his paycheck to them each week. The only real good thing that came out of it was that he was hired on full time after nearly a year of paying the staffing company.

I thought that it was worth looking into and that if I was to spend some time looking into the different companies that I would be able to find one that did not charge as many fees as the one that he used did. I did learn that the one that he went through is one of the lowest rated staffing companies in the area, so that gave me some hope that I would be able to do better.

I did manage to find a company that had several different listings available in the area that I specialize in. It was actually a pleasant surprise that they had work listings for what I am very good at doing. I thought that I was going to have to find a new line of work and that I would have to start all over again. I have put in my application for work through them and I have received a couple of different offers. I am contemplating taking one of the offers that I got but do not want to jump on the first offer that I get fearing that I will miss out on something better.
